The company needed a method of handling situations like this that could be quickly deployed in all of their 250 locations simultaneously. They also needed for any software solution they found to reflect their own branding and be localized to their region.

SOLUTIONS

After the company partnered with us we implemented two of our services; Mobile Data Transfer and Safe Data Erase. We helped the company to distribute these services throughout all of their location and, as part of that distribution, altered the branding of our services so that it was localized in terms of language and reflected the branding of the company. We also provided 3 years of support and software updates.

Now every user who comes into a partnered mobile carrier's store can go to the company's kiosk and easily transfer data between any two devices. The first wave of kiosks saw a high level of use in the carrier stores they were placed in. This has resulted in rapid expansion. Kiosks are being added to additional stores in different regions.
