Danke für diesen exzellenten Kundenservice! Auch wenn Ihr Produkt (Dr. Fone Date Recovery für iPad) zwar nicht imstande war, Fotos und Videos von meinem „Neuen iPad“ wiederherzustellen (bitte beeilen Sie sich mit dem Upgrade!), war ich sehr erfreut, dass Ihre Firma mir meinen kompletten Kaufpreis wie versprochen zurückerstattet hat. DAS ist doch etwas, was ich einen großartigen Kundenservice nenne! Danke an Sie und viel Glück mit dem Upgrade. Ich werde das Produkt gerne wieder kaufen, sobald die nötigen Fähigkeiten eingebaut sind.
Mit Dr.Fone für iOS habe ich alle iPhone-Fotos wiederhergestellt, von denen ich dachte, dass sie für immer verloren wären. Das ist wirklich großartig!
Wirklich klasse! Ich habe versucht, mein iPhone 5 zu scannen, um herauszufinden, ob ich dort ein paar wichtige Dateien wiederherstellen könnte. Ich war überrascht, dass der Scan wirklich diese Dateien wiederherstellen konnte! Es gibt da auch ein paar alte Fotos, die ich unbedingt behalten werde!
Ich ein paar wichtige Dateien verloren, von denen ich dachte, dass ich davon ein Backup hätte. Ich habe nichts unternommen, bis ich eine Lösung dafür hatte. Ich bin wirklich dankbar, dass ich diese Dateien mit Ihrer iPhone-Datenwiederherstellungssoftware zurückholen konnte. Das ist so erleichternd! Die Software ist gute Arbeit!
I was \"helping\" my wife with her iphone. She isn\'t into updates for her iphone4 etc and asked me to help. Midway thru the IOS update I got the update failed and restore iphone to factory settings prompt! She had 1,000\'s of valuable photo\'s, memories, notes etc. 12 GB\'S..Her life was in there. I called our local ph provider. No luck. They said press restore. There\'s no other option. Then I called apple support. Same thing. Then I went hunting on the web and found Wondershare Dr. Fone. I was a little dubious so I tried the free trial. It worked. I could see all of her photos, contacts, notes, saved websites etc. Everything! Then when it came to retrieve I had to pay which I gladly did but thru paypal. (Again not so sure with CC security etc. ) Instantly I was emailed my activation key, I entered it, Dr.Fone created a folder on my mac and immediately it went to work and downloaded everything safely. I did not have to jail break the phone, (no idea how to do that btw), I did not have to restore to factory settings and I was able to eventually return her phone, updated. And with all her photos. Thank you Dr. Fone. This software rocks. It was straight forward to use, and saved me from losing valuable memories. Kids photos. Vacation photos. Priceless memories. If you are pulling your hair out, try the free trial. See if it connects to your phone and can read your data. If it does, you are in luck! It is worth every cent.
